MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding each window installation from the initial discussion through to the final checks. He keeps the job organised, considers the needs of the home and makes sure the next steps are clear before work gets underway.
When overseeing window work, Miltiadis takes a practical approach, checking what the opening and existing fittings call for before the job progresses. He coordinates the fitting and finishing tasks, and recognises when glazing or structural work needs to be handled by an appropriately qualified trade.
Customers in Beaumaris can expect Miltiadis to explain what the work involves, keep them updated as the job moves along and respond to questions as they come up. He stays involved through completion, so customers know who is overseeing the work and what has been taken care of.
