MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding bathroom renovation projects for customers in Oakleigh. He stays involved as plans take shape, keeps the work moving and makes sure each job is approached with care, so the team knows what needs attention at every stage.
On bathroom renovations, Miltiadis sets a clear direction for the work and keeps an eye on the smaller details as the project progresses. He coordinates the steps involved, checks that the finish is coming together as intended and helps the team respond practically when a job calls for adjustments.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis throughout the job, with clear updates about what is happening and what comes next. He makes time to hear what matters to each household, explains any changes in plain language and follows through, helping customers feel informed from the conversation to the final check.
