MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services, guiding each bathroom renovation in Parkdale from the first conversation through to the finishing details. He stays involved in the work, keeps the project moving in the right direction and makes sure the plan reflects what each household needs from its space.
He sets a clear direction for the job and pays close attention to how each stage comes together. Miltiadis considers the details that affect the finished bathroom, checks that the work follows the agreed plan and coordinates the steps involved, including any tasks that need to be handled by licensed trades.
Customers have a direct point of contact in Miltiadis and can talk through the changes they want to make. He keeps them informed as the work progresses, listens to their preferences and checks the finishing touches with care, so they know what is happening and can feel comfortable with the process.
