MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding kitchen renovation projects for homeowners in Bentleigh. As the person overseeing the work, he helps shape each job around the home, the planned changes and what the customer needs from the finished space.
He keeps each stage organised and makes sure the work is understood before it moves ahead. Miltiadis stays involved as the kitchen takes shape, checking that the planned updates come together as intended and keeping the focus on a practical result that suits the home.
Customers can expect clear conversations with Miltiadis throughout the job. He listens to their preferences, talks through the work and keeps them informed as it progresses. By staying accessible and attentive to their concerns, he helps make the renovation process feel straightforward and gives customers confidence in the result.
