MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, keeping each home extension in Caulfield moving with a clear plan and a steady focus on the work underway. He stays involved from the first conversation through to the final details, helping keep the project organised and on track.
He guides the work by understanding how the new space needs to connect with the existing home. For Caulfield extension projects, he keeps an eye on the sequence of interior finishing and carpentry tasks, making sure each stage is considered before work moves ahead.
Customers working with Miltiadis know who to speak with as their home extension takes shape. He explains what’s happening, listens to questions and checks that the finished areas meet the agreed expectations. His hands on involvement gives customers a familiar point of contact throughout the job.
